Shipping & Delivery

Each Cosita piece is thoughtfully handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
We currently ship throughout Europe, the United States, and Canada. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Returns & Exchanges

Each Cosita piece is handmade with care and often created in limited quantities. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. Custom or personalized pieces are also final sale.
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Jewelry Care

Each Cosita piece is handmade using natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, and gold-filled or sterling silver finishes.
To keep your jewelry beautiful, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
When not being worn, store your jewelry in its Cosita pouch or box in a cool, dry place.
